BHRC Research Data Guide
Genomic, molecular, and neuroimaging resources
About this guide
The Brazilian High-Risk Cohort for Mental Health Conditions (BHRC) is a longitudinal, multimodal study integrating phenotypic, genomic, molecular, and neuroimaging data across development.
The cohort is described in the original study paper, High risk cohort study for psychiatric disorders in childhood: rationale, design, methods and preliminary results, and in the updated Cohort Profile: Brazilian High-Risk Cohort for Mental Health Conditions (BHRC).
This public guide documents cohort-level data availability, summarizes sample characteristics, describes key processing resources, and supports transparent research planning. It is intended for BHRC researchers, collaborators, and investigators considering work with the cohort.
Public-data scope
This site contains aggregate summaries and plots only. It does not distribute participant-level records, identifiers, raw research data, or credentials. Access to controlled BHRC data remains subject to the cohort’s governance and approval procedures.
